It is beyond ridiculous that we just accept the current climate race/sex/etc based policies that are written into law or in place at companies explicitly violating the law.

Every major company is now required to push DEI. It is a requirement to do business and recieve financing. The only exceptions would be "conservative coded" organizations or companies like Patriot Mobile or something.

These policies are illegal. And the left has long been using them as an excuse to push their bullshite propoganda, and also as a means to redistribute wealth from their perceived enemies and into the hands of their supporters.

The conservatives and Republicans have been top chickenshit to do anything about it for years. But there needs to be lawsuits in every court room in the country. All red states, counties, cities, and organizations should just outright ban this stuff.
across the board

Once you choke it off, and create DEI free zones... all the sudden these hyper-woke areas still pushing it will accelerate and self-destruct. And then people will have clarity. And the left hates clarity and truth more than anything. It is absolutely poison to their idealogy and worldview.

A real DOJ would go after the banks. State AGs can but only to a limited degree.

The fact that universities are voting unanimously to end their DEI programs should be enough of a barometer for the right to not be scared on this issue.

The bottomlime is order to really go after these institutions. States and localities have to accept being cutoff on the federal feeding tube for a period of time.

Once certain states lose their funding, now we have a case for ending these programs altogether. Normies will not stand for having their entitlements cut that they pay into. The feds will have their hands tied on justifying keeping these programs.
