I’m 31.75-32 around the naval per my MD (which is a performance based more modern type of preventative care practice. I wear a 32 inch waist pants from 25+ years of heavy lower body Olympic lifts. Nobody save for maybe that psycho that used to post here would say I even have maybe more than a stray pound or two to lose. But I’m still always testing in the mid teens body fat wise using all measurements.
Mid teens is pretty lean and you see a decent amount of definition. 10% is only obtainable by exceedingly rigid lifestyle. Especially in your 40s
i agree but there is a difference in needing a size 32 jeans due to leg size than due to stomach size
and true 14-15% dexa scan is pretty lean, not perfect but pretty damn good. if most on the OT got to that, they would be 100% better off.
its funny though, the fat guys of the OT will say, only need to lose 20 and "i would be a skeleton if under 200 pounds" yet brag about how ripped they were in HS and college at 175lbs.
makes zero sense
