yea called diet and lifting heavy arse weights and walking

and if you have a gut, you are not 36" waist, atleast not around the naval

oh and we have the H&F board for this

If by drastic you mean daily exercise, processed carbs cut to less than 50 per day, no alcohol at all fish or chicken every night for dinner for about a year then yes; I took drastic measures.

Do you partake in alcohol consumption?

If you do, I am telling you the fastest way to drop that gut is cutting those calories and carbs out. I know the elimination of alcohol is not something most are willing to do but itll cut the weight.

No beer no soda no fast food will probably do it alone. Don’t really need much effort you aren’t that big.

Consume fewer calories.

Do more cardio.

As far as I can tell, the specifics don’t matter all that much as long as you do these two in some way.

I once fasted for 35.0 days and lived just off water. I almost died 4 different times, but damn do I look sexy in this skin and bones suit.

laxatives and running. I lost 60 pounds in 4 months years ago doing that.

not if that is true measurement at naval, not close. thats going from 15-17% bodyfat down to 10% or lower. im not talking jean size, im talking tape measure around the naval.

FAIR WARNING! Started gym last April lost 15 pounds within first 6 weeks. Continued working out but weight came back I'm over 50 years old). Trainer informed me the weight came back but came back as muscle as muscle is heavier than fat. Body looks different but I still weigh the same after a year.
