I think you're being too sensitive. This thread (and many others) prove that most people these days just don't have a good understanding of exercise/diet/general good health. See all of the "I'm 5'10" and weigh 250 pounds, and I need to lose 20 lbs" comments.

Your post made it seem like just stopping carnivore made you gain weight, when it was really that you were eating more calories than you were burning. Yes carnivore can be great because you can be really satiated on less calories, but there isn't anything magical about it.

you get up here and say...i lost 50 pounds but as soon as i stopped my diet, i gained it all back.....well no shite because you ate like a fat frick.
