Why no women? Hardly any Asians, no handicapped etc. Its a pure meritocracy. Its weird.

They have been inclusive in letting the mentally retarded become GMs, as seen in places like Detroit (Millen era) and Houston.

It's funny how they try to change this argument by focusing on most of the coaches being white and totally ignoring the elephant in the room.

Diversity doesn’t mean an equal distribution of races. Diversity means fewer white people.

I want to play in the NFL. But they clearly discriminate against average white guys. They are NOT committed to inclusion.

The women could play "split out" or "tight end", no penalty for bitching.
The pro Palestine movement could "block" the whole field.
The "Trannies" could change positions and no one would know.
The penalty flags could be multi colored, gay pride..
The illegals could "rush" the end zone, no practice needed.
The loud speaker could be in multiple languages.
No tickets, and free concessions for "pro Hamas".
Season Tickets means they could live in the stadium, all year.
There are many more.
