Why no women? Hardly any Asians, no handicapped etc. Its a pure meritocracy. Its weird.

They have been inclusive in letting the mentally retarded become GMs, as seen in places like Detroit (Millen era) and Houston.

It's funny how they try to change this argument by focusing on most of the coaches being white and totally ignoring the elephant in the room.

I want to play in the NFL. But they clearly discriminate against average white guys. They are NOT committed to inclusion.

Outstanding. Either the NFL practices what it preaches or quit preaching and start focusing on playing smash mouth, no QB protecting, lead with the helmet, football!!
