Louisiana's medical marijuana is Charlotte's Web, a near zero THC content.
Already done, like 2 years ago.
I'm not in favor of legalizing it, but I'm also not in favor of continuing the failed war on drugs.
However the lies this guy is spouting only serves to spread ignorance.

That medical marijuana container is nice to have, though. It's unlikely the weed will be tested to determine the strain.
