I love Ireland. I have zero desire to watch lsu football in Ireland

Would much rather watch lsu in Ann Arbor or South bend etc etc over Ireland

Bunch of Louisiana kids who don’t know what jet lag feels like, going for their first time to a country where it’s legal for all of them to get plastered, in a city where it’s totally OK to get plastered any time. They’re gonna play the game exhausted and hungover as balls.

Could we stop getting cute with season openers and just win one.

That sounds pretty good and makes sense if the NFL insists on expanding international then CFB should too.

Kelly must think he’s still at Notre Dame.

Even with a bye week, they should schedule a patsy next.

Do London. That would be way better. Dublin has much less to do and see

I just got back from Ireland. It’s cold, rainy, and shitty with unattractive women. Move the game to Cabo and I’m in.

Agree. Would think the athletic administration could find better ways to spend money than traveling overseas for a football game.

I've been to Ireland. Louisiana boys will meet their match in this regard

They are professional drinkers.[/quote

Yeah, that'll be a clash of the titans. I'm reminded of the time Irish poet Brendan Behan was flying to Montreal for an appearance. He was served a drink on a cocktail napkin that read, "Drink Canada Dry".

Cool idea, but something tells me that Coonasses and Irish should never cross streams.

Insane. Like kids want to get on a 9 hour flight for that.

Yes because the football team will be roaming Temple Bar at 1130am the days before the game slamming pints of Guinness. I am glad the fine establishments in BR don’t serve underage football players.

As long as it doesn’t take a home game away.

But it takes away either a home game or an opportunity to play a team on their campus. I'd rather play Notre Dame at South Bend and see the campus and the gameday atmosphere than see a football game at a neutral site, regardless of where it is.

If I want to go to Ireland, I'll go in the football offseason.
