Shirley you jest. Did you not see all the stories about Cheney and the no bid contracts to these fellas during Desert Storm. Quite hilarious, and expensive. Using open air flat bed trucks to deliver pallets of the new currency. Catering meals for 1000s, yes a construction/drilling company as a caterer.
