Well when Zelensky is taking our allocation for diesel fuel at up to 50 dollars US a gallon, and buying Russian diesel on the black market, pocketing hundreds of millions of dollars on the spread, well its laughable at this point....

Im not as interested in "if they voted" as I am in "a ballot in their name was counted", I would bet that is far higher.

At the border the cartels bribe border patrol agents who then tell them what booth and when to cross. Then once and a while they get a first time offender, put some money in his account, some drugs in the car, and alert the agent. The smuggler is happy, he spends a few years in prison getting buff...

In Alabama (the laws may have changed now) but you had to ask for an application, they sent it to you. You then had to fill it out, include a utility bill with your address, picture ID with your address, witness it, and send it in. Then you received a ballot.
