I was on the fence. I do respect his loyalty to us. Something you can't say about the Money Whore so many Tiger fans still worship today.

That isn't true. In fact, had Crowton listened to Miles, at least during the OM game, we would have won.

This thread is not meant to try and be negative. I love my tigers through thick and thin. I am speaking of more disappointment

you are right. I agree with that. I just hope recruits don't look at our coach and say "we he be able to use me the right way?"

I honestly think Les was told by the higher ups do not touch the playbook anymore and the ole miss debacle is what happened. Crowton is focused on his own "genius" and cant get over himself sometimes....just run the ball 3 friggin times and we win and are sitting 10-2. (this still does not excuse the TOs etc.) Yeah still in the same bowl but not near the negativity surrounding the program.

IMO the only game where we played well for the entire game was against auburn and we played well against bama but just had to many injuries and cramps. Were there any other games where you were really impressed?

Who cares if it is the worst 10 win season ever? It's better than the record we had last year and hopefully we can build on it for next year.

10-3 is 10-3. Im always happy with 10-3 cause its better then 8-5 or 0-12. But I was so pumped to come out on September 7 and pound Washington to a pulp like 60-0. Granted UW was a bettter team then expected but I was still disappointed with our showing but fine with the end result which kinda summed up the whole season if you think about it. I wish we had gone down in a glorious battle to Bama and Florida not the frustrating way we did and I wished we had triumphed over our opponents like we did over Auburn but I was left seeking that desire after most wins even ulala. I mean im happy we have to oppurtunity to achieve a 10 win season, but it was such a boring ten win season if that makes sense. I loved every minute of traveling 1200 miles to Baton Rouge for the LSU FLorida game even though i broke my wrist in a soccer gme the day earlier. I loved the anticipation and tingling feeling in my skin I felt minutes before each kickoff. But when it was actual game time it was a boring season besides the Ole Miss and Arkansas games but the sheer stupidity witnessed in the Ole Miss game takes away from that feeling and left a sour sting for Arkansas. I mean overall im happy we are 9-3, but I wish it had been a funner ride to 9-3.

AND REFS!!

Auburn was definitely the most complete game. Bama was such a hard fought game, it was a shame it came down to the refs

It's hard to call any 10-win season bad. How about "strange"? From my point of view God smiled on us in our wins over MSU, UGa and Arky. He also tried to help us beat Ole Miss. Maybe we got jobbed at Bama, but overall we had a lot of things go our way to get where we are.

A pretty good season in terms of W/L, but not fun at all.

Yeah...lost to the two good teams we played.
Which of those teams that LSU defeated could you play for?
