Maybe Miles should have "fussed" at more players in practice, then he might still have his job.

Yeah, we don't need a coach who is going to be friends with his players. Players should respect the coach, not be buddies.

Him not fussing with guys at practice might have been part of the problem. We seem to be culturally accepting mediocre execution...

That is the problem. Most player's coaches do not have disciplined football teams. Les should have chewed a lot of asses; it might have helped.
