The turned a bad season into a fun one with some memories. I'm glad we didn't just need to wait until next year. They will be hungry next year.
Proud of them and I guess it is nice that my heart will get a break...

Yep, glad they decided to fight and make this year something to remember instead of wrapping it up and being next year university. Impressive turnaround and fun season...

Hurd has all of the physical tools he is just a head case. You even saw it tonight. He's a totally different pitcher once a runner gets on base.
That is a correctable problem.
He reminds me of that pitcher from like 10 years ago who was a clear first round draft pick at LSU but he would swear ...

I think the ump's calls mostly favored LSU in the first 3/4 of the game. The last quarter of the game he definitely favored not giving us strikes.
I can be fair and say when it benefits us or not, but god damn just be consistent....

Things are coming around though. We won our final game 3 of the season and then we had a deep run in the SEC tourney and almost won. I am confident that this team has the tools to get it done and they have definitely improved.

Hopefully nate ackenhausen comes in to close y'all out again. Your fanbase seemed to be get a kick out of getting destroyed by our duo of fat pitchers in Omaha last year. The same result should replicate since we're not at your pee wee T-ball ballpark....

It's all about having fun and preparing arms. Perfect game to get some guys some good pitching experience. Without a doubt you will see people on this board who don't understand that bitching within 15 minutes or the start of the game about Jay....

Sadly, some of the games DVH won were at LSU's expense in the SEC tournament by blowing through pitchers he had no business using if he wanted to win a national championship....

2 losses doesn't matter. I mean the sec tourney can only have one winner so most teams come out of it with 1 or 2 losses....
