I’m somewhat limited on what I can do because I had 2 hip surgeries last year. My surgeon did say I can walk as much as I want though. So my plan is to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Would like to learn how to swim. Like competitive swim. I already know how to swim so i don’t drown. When I was doing therapy after surgery I did some of it in the pool. I always left starving and extremely tired. What a work out!

Just do what you can then. The caloric restriction will help you lose the weight and if you stick to the whole30 approved foods you will improve your health.
