1) sorry man. Beautiful pup. Losing a dog is never easy, losing one this way is absolutely brutal.
2) what was the passengers poster name and why was he banned?
3) Carson and LL, you guys rock. I often tell my wife that this place is more than some random message board. People here really do look out for and take care of each other when shite gets real.
4) hope you all recover from the accident. Hopefully all the injuries aren't as bad as initially thought.

Well, he’s not wrong. The insurance company doesn’t give two shits about him, his dog, or his passenger. Not that the PI attorney does, but he/she will at least advocate for him and he’ll him navigate a frustrating process.

Well damn, this thread was brutal. I'm glad Carson at least found his dog so that OP knows its fate and doesn't have to wonder about him. Hopefully that can at least bring a little amount of comfort.

OP has a broken collar bone and is shaken up but he’s ok.
His passenger has internal bleeding and vertebrate issues. He’s also a poster on this site, pray for his recovery.
They were rear ended which pushed them into oncoming traffic; they were then tboned and crashed into the ditch. It wasn’t a hit and run, the driver at fault stopped and exchanged information.
Carson found his dog within an hour of the OP posting, unfortunately it had suffered injuries during the crash and already passed away. He was able to take the body so it can be properly buried. He was also able to meet and check on the OP.
TD is an amazing community and site. Despite how stupid and obnoxious we all are on a daily basis when the chips are down we’re a hell of a community.

Some good people on here, hope OP recovery goes well. Good job Carson and thank you for assisting OP with his dog and enabling him to recover dog for burial. Dog may have been young but he lived with a man that seems to have cared about him. I had a wonderful dog unfortunately die young during a seizure a couple years ago
