I hated being a morning work out person too, but like you I don't have time to workout in the afternoon anymore as the kids are getting a bit older...

Physically and aesthetically, I'm in the best shape of my life right now at almost 38.
I say that knowing that I rubbed about a quart of biofreeze on my shoulder after my workout this morning :lol:...

Usually run on those days.
I try and get 3-4 runs in per week and I require a "no run" period of 48 hours after a good leg workout.
Our typical workout schedule is Sun afternoon, M/W/Th mornings.
I'll run on Sunday mornings as well as Tu/Sa...

It depends on the volume you plan on doing.
If you're just jogging a mile 2x a week, normal cross trainers should be fine.
If you start putting in miles and working on pace/distance, you are gonna want proper running shoes compatible with your needs and stride. Otherwise it will catch up wi...

Holy hell. Big pump Friday did not disappoint.
Those 6 sets of BP were brutal to start with. We were a bit distracted in the garage grind house this morning as we were under a tornado watch and the power kept blinking on and off, but we finished.

Finished Arm Farm this morning.
we are going to jump straight into Pool Season 1 this weekend. We did PS2 prior to Arm Farm. This one looks like it has more leg involvement. Big Squat Thursdays looks like I wont be running for a couple days after :lol:
Big Pump Fridays look pretty brutal too....

Polytopia is probably the game that has been on my phone the longest.
It's a Civ type game that doesn't require Internet connection to play.
