I've decided to rejoin civilized dining. What's good / what to look for?

Have had the corsori and instant pot’s version. The corsori went to shite in like a year, the instant pot has since held up very well.

I have the emeril 360 plus and LOVE it. I bake, toast, broil, air fry and rotisserie. I rarely fire up the big oven anymore. BTW, I cook for the family 5 nights a week, so it’s really held up well. I highly recommend.

A large one... Im sure posters will give you the best brand.

I have PowerXL Vortex 7qt. I have zero issues with it and use it fairly often.. however I wish it was much bigger. I tend to use it a lot for meals for the family and it takes a little long to do some things due to not being able to fit it all

We have the ninja Foodi dual zone and it’s nice to have 2 buckets, can cook at different times and temps and it will even match the times to finish together

We've had the Breville Smart Oven Air for about 5 years now. Basically a well powered countertop convection oven that we use 3-5 times a day for lots of different stuff, including air frying (very good for this, bigger than the Phillips style round ones). $400, but we've got our money's worth. When it finally breaks I'll be ordering another.

We've got the Cuisinart model with analog dials. Definitely recommend a toaster oven-style for more room. If we were buying now, we'd spring the extra bucks for the digital controls for better accuracy in timing. Makes great toast.

Same. It was great while it worked but then shorted out on me 9 months later while doing fries.

I have a Yawall and wouldn’t wish this thing on anyone. It has the loudest, most obnoxious long beep whenever it is done cooking.

If I had my choice I’d get the ninja air fryer.

I have this one. Never used another one but I can say this one I can highly recommend. I like that it flips up out of the way to reduce counter space. The big flat wide dimensions let you spread the food out more witout having everything dumped on each other necessitating more "stiring of the pot" if oyu will to keep the fry even. The dimensions are perfect for frozen pizza at which this thing excels. Cons is it's not very tall so really thick things can be an issue. So no whole birds. Even really giant chicken breasts will have a hard time fitting in.

I have one and love it, but I'm not impressed by the air fryer function. Probably user error. I prefer the results I get in a basket-style AF, but those do not hold much. I have had a Gourmia for three years that's going strong. I also have an IP air fryer lid so I use that for backup.

It kinda depends on what you want, as there is a wide variety of styles.

I have a simple single basket cosori like this one:

It's not big enough to fit a whole chicken in but you can do a decent amount of veggies, fries, etc. I love it. It's super easy to use and heats up really fast. It also doesn't take up a ton of counter space.

I have a large New Wave. It takes up a lot of room but I use it multiple times per day to prepare for meals for four people...everything from bacon or sausage in the morning to kids afternoon snacks and dinner.

This is what I have. $129 at Wal-Mart I think. It has three adjustable racks and a rotisserie. But it sure doesn't seem big enough to do a whole chicken in.

I tried the Louisiana Fish Fry product for the air fryer this week. Got the pork version and did thin pork chops. It was very good but it is essentially seasoned panko crumbs.

Ours is the smaller 8quart that is reduced to $89 from $119. Haven't tried the special fry products yet.

Nearly seven months later, is the 360 plus still going strong at your house?
