He definitely seems more interested now in fricking up Shedeur and Hunter's draft stock than building this program. If Colorado wasn't such a poverty program somebody would have to reel him in.

I thought it could turn out differently until he panic demoted the OC.

The OC was the only reason they won any games at all. It was a truly crazy move

Last year he would always go for a “get shots in now, this is the worse we’ll ever be” But that’s not going to hit the same if he’s losing to Oregon by 55 in year 2 again.

This year's schedule really doesn't look all that daunting, though. Big 12 move came at a good time for him. That said, I won't be upset if they get clowned in a new conference.

i don't think he meant paid like pro athletes in dollar amount comparison, i think he means in the way of no longer being labeled amateurs. now, if he's getting $250K or $2.50, well, they all signed up to be paid professionals now.

He was a fricking idiot for doing that. I’d have left the second he pulled that chickenshit move. What a complete POS the Sanders are.

It’s pretty fitting that clown went to a perennial loser like Colorado.

Deion at Colorado is an absolute trainwreck.

Deion and his sons would be living on welfare if it wasn't for sports. Nice family that doesn't even know how to spell. Shadeur the real world is going to eat you alive.

Have fun going 4-8 again, I will take those receipts.

but this is the risk Colorado took, hope they enjoy the press while it lasts.

Is it though? Colorado admin and real fans have to be pissed that sanders won’t even attempt classic recruiting.

I can’t imagine he pitched turning over the entire roster every year. I’m sure the admin expected him to be a badass, on the road recruiter. That’s why I thought he’d at least be moderately successful.

This was all going well til adversity hit. It’s a master-class on how NOT to conduct yourself.

There’s a reason for “coach speak,” and it’s because it’s fricking true. Keep your head down, work, don’t read the press clippings, don’t speak on team/personnel issues to the media, etc..

It’s really depressing that we will only continue to see more of this trash.

As long as you play a sport, you can have an IQ of 70 and graduate with honors.

Deion is the trashiest coach i can recall at a major program. He is as bad as that last chance u coach from the final season. What an embarassment. Meanwhile the guy thinks he is Vince Lombardi and his kid is Pat Mahomes.
