Pedro was the best in the business and that is coming from someone who thought Randy Johnson was must see TV.
Pedro Martinez (2000): 11.7 WAR, 1.74 ERA, 18-6, 284 SO
Randy Johnson (2002): 10.5 WAR, 2.32 ERA, 24-5, 334 SO
The data is actually closer than I had expected and what was incredible is that Johnson had his best WAR season at age 38.

Can Pedro hit a moving bird and destroy it mid air?

The Big Unit, not only was he a beast but he had one of the GOAT nicknames ever.

Pedro had a mid 90s fastball.
which would absolutely wreck a bird if it just so happened to pass in the exact right (wrong?) spot at the exact right time like it did for Johnson.

Can’t recall the year, but one all star game, Pedro Martinez struck out the first 5 batters. I don’t think that’s ever going to happen again.

I woke up this morning and couldn’t go back to sleep and randomly thought of the 99 ASG at Fenway when Pedro strikes out Larkin/walker/Sosa/McGwire
