Blankman is a movie I forgot existed. I enjoyed watching it as I hadn’t seen it since it came out.

It made me think of Damon Wayans and his great roles. My favorites are the one minute playing “banana man” in Beverly Hills Cop and the absolute best, Major Payne. I recently rewatched the Lethal Weapon tv show and although different from Murtaugh in the movie, he played that tv character great.

I’m going to have to try to watch a few other movies with him.

With the exception of Men On & Homie D Clown, I never found Damon Wayans to be that funny.

Also hilarious in My Wife and Kids. Thought his best sketch in In Living Color was the homeless guy and the knowledgeable guy in prison is another good one.

Damon Wayans has always been criminally underrated IMO. He was one of, if not the funniest one on In Loving Color.

He's got some great movies(and I'm not even a huge Blankman fan, although I haven't seen it in probably 25+ years now). His standups were great back then. His TV show (My Wife and Kids) was funny. Etc.

I watched Bulletproof with him and Sandler a week or two ago because I hadn't seen it in years and it still cracked me up.

Last Boy Scout is great. Major Payne is awesome. Hell, I even like Celtic Pride and am the only person I know around here that actually saw that in theaters.

Hell, even his son is funny.

Underrated film.

Shane Black had talent at one point between Lethal Weapon, Predator 1 (script doctor because that was why he was cast as Hawkins), that, Long Kiss Goodnight, etc.

Too bad Iron Man 3 sucked and I have heard bad things about The Predator.

I watched Mo' Money every time it came on Comedy Central back in the day.
