Started rewatch of Scandal the other night.
and once again it got me to wondering.
outside of the obviously inordinate amount of deaths/murders/suicides, how close do you thing the show caught the accuracy of how things work behind the scenes?
fixers, bribes, NDAs, etc.
obviously a lot of stuff like that happens behind closed doors that we'll never actually know about.
just wondering, if this show at least got it in the ballpark.

The consensus I’ve heard from people in politics is west wing is very close to reality and you could throw in things from veep or house of cards too.
I’ve never heard a thing about scandal. I think bc it’s more geared to women and not as popular as the others mentioned
