Go after “That’s all folks” AD?!? I think he and the fans know that bridge is burned.

Would be a great fit though.

Not that I think that's a legit possibility, but that is why you don't burn bridges.

It would never happen. He won’t come here, it would take more than that to get him, etc.

No point in even discussing.

It's a long offseason. Talking about it will help pass the time some hahaha

Sounds like a total shot in the dark that would never work in reality. Getting a healthy AD is still worth significantly more than 1 pick, but the reality is that he’s never healthy and wouldn’t want to be here. Doesn’t really make sense for anyone.

That's dumb for many reasons.

Will AD play center? Doubt it. He is fricking Charmin soft when it comes to doing what is best for the team.

He’s literally just begging for attention

And what else?

We aren't getting AD for many reasons, but one being I don't see the Lakers doing that deal without both Trey and Herb added from the Pels side.

If he were on the market, there would be tons of offers we'd have to outbid.

I would think Ingram would be offered.

Think he was ranked the #10 player in the NBA. Lakers probably would not take Zion for AD at this point.

Nahhh, I’m hoping for Lebron and AD to stay with Lakers, and both of them blowing out their achilles in the olympics

Probably trying to harvest additional clicks from Lakers fans

How many players who left under contentious circumstances returned to play for their old team?

LeBron is the only one that comes to mind and that was due to Miami not wanting to give him control as much as trying to rehab his image after The Decision.

Shaq didn’t return to Orlando or the Lake Show. Barkley didn’t return to Philly. Vince didn’t return to Toronto. Baron didn’t return to NO or the Clip Show or the Warriors.

I’d rather keep making Zion fat jokes from the play-in peanut gallery every year then be forced to again root for a team led by Anthony Davis that gets bounced in the second round.

It’s called dignity.

I'm all for making this team better, so I honestly don't give a shite how he left if he were to come back.

However, I'm not sure I would want to bank on having a healthy AD and Zion to have postseason success.

I’d agree.

We know what happens if AD comes here. He isn’t durable, he isn’t a leader, and he will try to better deal us the second he gets a chance.

If they're losing AD and Lebron, I see no reason they'd want BI for 5 years on a large deal.

I mean you could just tank. You don’t have to sign BI to a big deal. They get their own 2025 back in a deep draft. BI technically is an expiring- you could trade him midseason for more assets or let him walk and open up cap space.
