What will it take for Gayle, Dennis and Mickey to admit there are foundational issues.

This team in its current state isn’t going to be anything but a 6 seed at its best.

The roster needs to be blown up, but we have multiple first round picks that we don’t even know what potential they have because WG refuses to use them.

Willie Green and Griffin both need to go.

The product has gotten so bad that they were giving premier club tickets away just to have seat fillers.

The only thing Gayle has done right is not sell the team when multiple people have come looking to buy.

They have to admit that they're part of the problem. Success starts from the top. Gayle needs to demand better and not be afraid to open her checkbook.

He’s part of the consortium that runs her estate.

When she dies, currently he has nothing to do with the Pela

Don’t be obtuse to think she doesn’t ask for his opinion.

They have no interest in developing into a real franchise. Perfectly content to spin the wheels and stay in this nightmarish purgatory every year where we look great and then have some injuries and then battle to make the play in

All evidence to the contrary. They've replaced multiple head coaches, training/health staff, increased scouting dept, etc. Just because what they have been doing hasn't brought much success, doesn't mean they don't care about it.

it would take Zion Williamson marching into that office and saying that he and the team do not have confidence in Willie Green in order for him to be fired, at this point.... and that's not gonna happen

Griff has maybe another year, and i think he knows it, so we'll see what he does with this roster this offseason...

we have to trade BI.... for whatever, at this point.... he simply does not fit with Zion, he's not a team player, he's always injured for way longer than normal periods of time for whatever injury he has, etc.... he is an albatross to this club

Val is gone... and i don't blame him one bit, after the absolutely disrepectful way he was used by Willie down the stretch... he's a better man than me, b/c i would have told Willie to go frick himself a long time ago

CJ still has value to this team, regardless of how absolutely shitty he was vs. OKC... his role needs to be diminished drastically, but he still has value as a role player, if he accpets that fact, and as a veteran presence in the locker room

guaranteed you will watch them make minimal changes this offseason, blame the shortcomings of this season on injury, and run it back again with this obviously flawed roster

Griff is going to hold onto BI for longer than he should because he was the key piece of the Lakers trade. You trade BI, you admit you failed.

CJ makes a little over $33M next season, why do I keep seeing people implying he should come off bench.

Why would she sell the team or make changes? She's making a huge profit every year being an NBA owner.

Bingo. Unlike her other business failures, she’s found you can suck at the NFL and NBA and still make a fortune. She’s in the perfect spot.

We are also basically cursed with injuries. I don't mean in the Zion era. Our entire franchise history in Nola once we had success was derailed by injury after injury after injury. Stuff that caused the franchise to have to change direction, which caused chaos and more change of direction, etc.

Even forgotten stuff like Chandler's injuries (that were misdiagnosed, but he was still injured) and then Asik's back (which destroyed the AD era's potential), etc.

If we get a lead guard like Murray, CJ is almost assuredly playing more of a secondary role. His salary is irrelevant.
