Last time I visited Nola for a meeting the secretary at the office said you know it Thursday dats like Friday Jr. you nomesayin!!! And busted out laughing, I was like yes, yes I suppose so.

Thursday drinking is good. I get a hard buzz in on Thursday night and then go on Friday morning to the club to play golf with some friends.
Two of them are heart doctors in Hattiesburg and one is a fellow military contractor. He’s a black dude from Oak Grove and is a +5 handicap and we start flasking early. Good times.

Thursday nights are great. Even though I don’t drink, I can already feel the relief of the weekend setting in.
I also know Friday is coming up and a ton of people at work will take off and I’ll have a peaceful day until about 4:30 when client counsel decides to send me their response draft to get it out of their inbox before logging off. So then I have to dread Monday morning all weekend haha
