There is no evidence to support that at all.

Do I think Boeing is a failing company? Yes.

Do I think they screwed up their management and oversight due in part to DEI but mostly general incompetence? Yes.

Do I have major questions about how the first whistleblower died? Yes

Until there is something to support this being a hit you discredit valid inquiries by making statements without evidence.
