I have aged considerably in the last few years.
Especially after back surgery.
I've been training at least 4 times a week since Jan. 1. Was able to stand and do light dumbbell curls a couple days ago. I usually have to sit down to keep my balance.
I can sit down and do up to the 45 lb. dumbbells.

Owlfan's hair protocol for flowing locks
Clean's gym and dog walking routine for a tight core
Awesome Sauce's pineapple diet for
T00f's sunglasses protocol to prevent eye wrinkles
Winston cup's parking in the shady spot rule to prevent melanoma
Yote's cardio routine for heart health
DPH's initials to unscramble for brain activity
Lunch is leftover gumbo here in the frozen north where temp is not in the 90s yet
