I don't know why I thought of this, but when Stella was a puppy in 2018-2019, I brought her in Walgreens, the convenience store and the tanning salon.
That was the good old days pre-COVID when people weren't wrapped up as tight. :lol:...

Lost over 20 lbs. from lifting and doing cardio.
Usually do between 15-25 minutes cardio and/or weights 3-5 times a week...

I downgraded cable and Internet to the cheapest available package (that still included ESPN, SECN, ESPN2, ESPNU).
I only watched Red Zone before that. Found that I didn't miss anything....
