Same same …. Well, not 10 different states but a handful.. i saw a stat not long ago (and please dont quote me like it’s gospel) but along the lines of like 70% of the US population has never lived farther than 20 miles away from where they were born… again, i may not be 100% accurate on that and im too lazy to look it up again, but whatever the exact figure was, it was shocking to me .

Not wealthy by any means. Doing good for sure but when I say land I’m not talking about thousands of acres. I’m just saying the situation you’re in is definitely not the worst. Sure it’d be nice to have mountains and fresh air but you’re not getting land and your network when you do that.
It’d be different if it’s just a small family and a house in town. Nothing special. That’s easy to relocate.

Would love nothing more than to move but can’t afford it given the current housing market. Plus at this point my oldest kid started school so I’d hate to rip her from friends. Plan is to pay off this house, get the kids through school and gtfo by 50.
