She said she'd only testify if her counsel was present. He is in virginia and has a conflict until this afternoon apparently. So she didn't show.

This is a cluster... Sounds like old boy is in a rock and a hard place.
He's claiming the Bar told him that he can't speak to what he saw (not attorney client priv related) or he could lose his law license.
However, the attorney says she has texts showing that he already communicated that he knew Wade/Willis were having a relationship in 2019.

Just chiming in to say- the lady lawyer is terrible and she has completely screwed up the entire laying of the foundation, and should have gotten a ruling re: privilege before she even started

Well sounds like he just lied on the stand too... Told her that they never communicated about anything but his health directly, that all comms about the relationship he witnessed were through a 3rd party.
She says she will put her phone into evidence that she has direct texts from him talking about Willis/Wade relationship.
