What a fool, why would a defendant ever suffer a gag order? You b eing deported to Liberia would be poetic justice. It's possible your low IQ would be in company there.

He would make hundreds of millions in campaign contributions, he will endear himself further to the American electorate, and he will unequivocally beat the very deserved political prisoner drum.

These sham trials are ridiculous but there's counter-strategy ops available if they Dems would like.

I stand by my prediction from months ago. Trump will never sniff the presidency again.

Some of yall will never learn . Just like they would never steal an election , indict a former president , force him to release his tax returns , and impeach him over a phone call not once , but twice . The gloves are off they want this man eliminated, and anyone who votes for him.

true. what I'm saying is I don't see any prison system superintendent agreeing to jail Trump. the logistics, man power needed for just one person spending a few nights for contempt of court order just sounds unnecessary.

They would probably send him to one of the federal country club prisons like the one Martha Stewart was at. Doubt he’d be in county.

They are blood thirsty. They stay awake at night gleefully thinking of his demise.
Biden is an abject failure as a leader, but I don’t waste my time with hate or hoping for anything other than him getting voted out ASAP

The Dems introduced a bill to strip Trump of Secret Service if he's convicted and sent to prison.

That’s they can have one of the Tsoy klan shank him in prison. Do their dirty work for them like the cowards they are.

If you’ve ever tried a case you know that this judge has given Trump every opportunity to comply with the Court’s order.

Even in this last hearing he gave Trump a head’s up about the possibility. And yes, the Secret Service would still provide. The
Idea of Trump spending a couple of days at Rikers transcends irony and approaches the poetic.

May your mind keep bending because of TDS. Y'all have yet to prove any of us wrong.

Snack on that, bitch.

I’ve tried lots of cases VOR. Anyone that finished their first semester of law school knows the judge’s order is unconstitutional. I mean, the fricking ACLU came out against it. The ACLU hates Trump.

When did you abandon being a rational thinking adult for being an emotionally driven coward?

The fact you actually believe this, is what makes me sad for America.

You are just as bad of a political hack as the DA and the judge. None of this comes close to happening if it wasn’t the previous President

NY has never tried to tie a case like this together to make a felony. The DA ran on this. The judge gave an unconstitutional gag order preventing an accused to publically defend himself.
The prosecution witnesses have testified enough for the judge to direct a verdict or declare a mistrial and has refused.

Yes. Secret service is in charge of his security for life. They would have a private jail/wing/compound. He would never be allowed to walk in a “real” prison.

I would bet if a former president committed a real crime that deserved prison, they would build a separate building on an army base or other secure property. I remember an interview with a mafia rat who was housed at an FBI training facility before his trial. They had an entire building ready for such an occasion.

The judge knows damn well he can’t jail him due to the conundrum and the logistics. This is all about fawkin with the election.

It’s already extremely secure and Secret Service basically work out of there as it is, just when the President is there with company you’d keep Trump blocked off, but other than that would be decently free on the grounds.

Donald Trump is not POTUS and has zero access to Camp David. Why would Biden agree to that?
