I don’t know. This is uncharted territory.

My best guess is yes.

I hope to see this blatantly partisan judge take it to that level though.

The Dems introduced a bill to strip Trump of Secret Service if he's convicted and sent to prison. I haven't heard anything lately about it though.

They would do house arrest. They aren’t putting him in an actual jail.

first off you can't have weapons in a jail. Trump is required to have 24/7 armed security. most county jails are full of the most rampant degenerate criminals awaiting trial.

so no Trump will never step foot in a jail.

If you’ve ever tried a case you know that this judge has given Trump every opportunity to comply with the Court’s order.

Even in this last hearing he gave Trump a head’s up about the possibility. And yes, the Secret Service would still provide. The
Idea of Trump spending a couple of days at Rikers transcends irony and approaches the poetic.

Theoretically yes, but if Trump is “arrested” I think they’ll simply confine him to Trump Tower. If Trump were to be convicted of a major crime that called for prison, I think they’d either imprison him at Camp David or Mar-A-Lago.

That would seal the deal on the election. Please put him in jail.

The actions of the judge in attempting to muzzle a presidential candidate are pure sedition.

And if you'd ever owned a business you'd
know that when business expenses are disallowed you receive a letter informing you of your revised tax debt. You either pay or appeal. You don't get charged.

The judge can’t even clarify what kind of speech violates the gag order. He fined Trump a day ago for stating a simple fact that the vast majority of the voters where he is being tried are Democrats.

I don't see a single scenario where that happens.

I’ve heard it tossed out there. It’s already extremely secure and Secret Service basically work out of there as it is, just when the President is there with company you’d keep Trump blocked off, but other than that would be decently free on the grounds.

Some of yall will never learn . Just like they would never steal an election , indict a former president , force him to release his tax returns , and impeach him over a phone call not once , but twice . The gloves are off they want this man eliminated, and anyone who votes for him.

If Trump is put in jail for him using his first amendment rights we must all go ti NY, embargo the city and send all responsible to Gitmo. There is no reason legal, constitutional or otherwise to gag a defendant. Not to mention for a non crime.
