I do think the correct action here is to not only out these ingrates but out their parents as well. Doing such will put a stop to a lot of this.

I'm watching Fox (I know 
) live coverage of the UCLA debacle, and it is obvious that the powers that be are making sure that every face is demasked and put in the public record. You can see some 'protestors' know this and are resisting being outed in the public. This is a good tactic, as the 'resume' of these supposed organically-motivated 'students' can be examined and defined, and that will tamp down new activists who might reconsider action.
Although, having essentially ruined or compromised their potential economic value re seeking work, such may also condemn them to a radical future as they will lose hope of a normal working life. Kinda like getting a tattoo on the neck when one engages in a youthful and drunken misadventure.

They’ll stop this shite when someone gets fed up with their bullshite and punches them square in the mouth then proceed to curb stomp their arse. Doing nothing only serves to embolden them. Make them face the consequences of their actions, and I promise you this sort of shite will come to a screeching halt with quickness.
