Haven't read Scientific American in over 30 years - but I would never have believed they could sink that low.
I was watching a Smithsonian documentary just a couple years ago that was describing how
"about 50,000 years ago, African Americans began moving into Europe via the Mediterranean coast."

There should be "pushback" -- if only for its pseudo "science" submissions.
"Scientific American" is a hack publication, a joke. NOT "scientific", never was.

This is the result of pseudo-science like evolution as the origin of all life and man-made climate change being accepted as fact while anyone who looked at these things honestly was ridiculed and rejected as anti-science.
