Modern Revolutions are fought because the young feel that the olds are screwing them over.
They are fought beause those with less feel those with more are screwing them over.
The olds created a situation that caused tuition prices to skyrocket out of control, along with the olds created a narrative that you HAD to go to college (and take on all that debt) to be successful in life.
The young realized they were lied to, sold a bill of goods, and are pissed. They feel that wiping out 10K of debt was a way for the olds to make amends for the situations they caused.
And now they realize that... they might have been lied to about that as well. And there's one party that is preventing them from getting it.
And y'all wonder why they vote Democrat...
They are fought beause those with less feel those with more are screwing them over.
The olds created a situation that caused tuition prices to skyrocket out of control, along with the olds created a narrative that you HAD to go to college (and take on all that debt) to be successful in life.

This is the common person versus both big academia and dept of education. Has frickall to do with repubs. They wont go along with it because it does next to NOTHING to help the situation. Just saddles the middle class with more tax burdens.

That's pretty typical of life.
Most people are democrat's from birth to about 30-35 at which time most (If they have not gone into liberal politics) realize through wisdom of their lived experience that what they thought was great up to this point was only profiting someone else and they through maturity and wisdom embrace conservativism and become republicans.
Disclaimer: this rule only applies to the working class. Those raised on government handouts will always be dependant on government. Thus you have the modern day democrat voting plantations of the inner cities.

this is a bigger deal than corporate news would have you believe. in one presidential cycle millennials are now to basic parity. that’ll probably be closer to D+8 or 10 in a presidential election, but that’s a huge swing for “woke millennials”
