Athletic story on KDB.
I think MC’s medical staff have really dropped the ball on this one. Anyone could see a decline on his play during the latter part of the season. You could just tell by looking at his face. Maybe KDB overestimated his fitness, maybe docs didn’t want to deliver bad news about arguably the best player in the world. Who knows. But this sucks. I hope KDB gets the rest and healing he deserves.
Now it’s time for Phil Foden to step up and become the leader he has been groomed to be for the last 15 or 20 years (

I assumed after the final he would have had surgery. When he played in Community Shield I was surprised. He didn’t look fit. Then Burnley OF COURSE he gets re-injured. I doubt we see him until after new years. I feel like we have potential players to step up but they’ll never meet Kevin’s level. And Mateo hasn’t shown me shite so far. At least the window is still open for two more weeks.
