commercial multi-family broker here in new orleans.
In today's market and conventional financing, you should plan on 30%-35% down. There are a number of excellent MF lenders out there.

All things considered, Poch had a solid first season and I was happy with the back end of the season.
I think this is a mistake too and will only lead to another building / figure it out season.

How do the new 2k WWE games hold up or compare?

Check to see if school was actually in session that day. The cameras are on during school hours but they don't turn off if schools are out for weather, etc.
