I work from home and start my day at 5:30am. My company doesn't track hours but my day is normally pretty much done around 2pm during the school year. Right now the kids are out of school my days are organized a little different....

I'm 100% remote so work hours don't exist but for those that do have to be in the office 7-3 is much better. That's all I was getting at....

The entire team has tested the X2 and that's exactly why some don't use it and some do....

Nope. Castille soap applied by hand in the hot spots and water takes care of the rest....

It says a lot when all the LSU players are in the X2 promo videos from Marucci but they still use the CatX or even the Cat8 in the game....

Pure Synergy VitaMinHerb for Men is what I take. Also, include about half an ounce of liver a day which is loaded with vitamins and minerals....

I get on the scale very little. I mostly pay attention to lean muscle mass and body fact percentage via an InBody scan every3 months or so. If I'm gaining weight but adding muscle and losing fat, I don't care what I weigh....

Yes, that is ideal but take a look at the ingredients of the 2 I shared. They are pretty clean if you are in a pinch for food....
