Price everything, ask GC for breakdown of work cost, be there for big events like deliveries and slab, search internet for deals o...

Lafleurs Plumbing in Central and Sals electrical in Denham were really fair priced and easy to deal with during our build....

I have taken the oven apart to expose the igniter. It does get red hot, but no flame lights…guess a gas valve issue…....

The two “slots” on the bottom do light up when put on bake and a temp…does that change your diagnosis?...

I got a ton of help with my mower and figured to ask again…
I have a Frigidaire Gas Range: model PCFG3078AF.
My trouble is the oven will not heat on the bake, convection bake, or power preheat but for some reason broil works. 5 of the 6 burners light as they should, but the smallest burner jus...

It was the starter. Adjusted the gaps to where I thought they should be, didn’t start. Replaced the solenoid, didn’t start. Took the engine cover off and watched the starter when trying to crank and it would on turn like an 1/8 of a rotation. Bought a new one and it cranked up instantly.

Ok I’ll watch it. The exhaust gap fit the feeler with a lot of room, and the intake could not fit its measurement. I’ll adjust them. I need to find gaskets for the covers, it seemed there weren’t gaskets from the factory, just an adhesive like substance....

I have the covers off, do I take the measurement when the valve is all the way open or closed or does it matter? I’ve measured the exhaust to .006 and it seemed fine. I cannot get .004 to fit on the intake. That’s at both positions....

No I saw a video where a guy said he heard similar noises to what I heard and he removed his starter to find it was broken. Mine spun easily without noise when I had it removed....

Hand turned the motor…didn’t hear anything grinding or any other odd noises. It was hard to turn, not sure if that’s normal or not....

The brake switch and the seat switch are all good. I watched them engage. I have seen the solenoid could be a culprit but the noise it made has me worried.
I’ll pop the screen tonight and try turning the motor....

I have a 2016 Cub Cadet with a 7000 Kohler 22hp motor. After my last use, as I was parking it, the motor sounded like something came loose and was rattling or spinning around. Today, when I tried to use it, it would not turn over. Just a single click noise. Any ideas? Here’s a list of things I’ve do...

I may be wrong but if you’re going to buy do take a loan in the building and lot you’ll need all your building information ready. Plans, building cost, builder info, etc to turn into the bank. So take that into consideration if you’re not ready.
