re: Eminem Announced New Single Dropping Friday
Posted by Rep520 on 5/31/24 at 4:06 pm
Eh, it's not his best, but it's not bad.
It's a throwback, uptempo beat that you don't hear much today.
If it's the high point of the album, that would be bad. If the other songs are similar quality with some better, it should be a good album....
He does an extreme form of intermittent fasting wherein he eats all of his week's worth of calories inside a 12 hour window, so he just jams in a bunch of highly palatable, calorie dense food in a short period of time and then doesn't eat for 156 straight hours.
And good genes, he has good...
I stopped listening after Rivival but reaction videos got me to listen to Kamikaze and his last one, “Music to be Murdered By”.
Those are two of my favorites of his. Music to Be Murdered by deluxe is in my Em top 3.
I give it up for Em. Rappers generally have trouble aging. Th...

I'll go to bat for Yelawolf just because he's a skilled rapper who does country tinged stuff.
That said, it's a pretty rough genre full of caricatures of country music being spouted by bad rappers....

Yes, will help overall vasoldilation
These are the two most studied and reliable. I'd only add that they aren't miracle drugs. They'll help with vasodialation, but it is going to vary person to person on how much and ...

Go on YouTube for EliteFTS/Dave Tate's series "So You Think You Can Squat."
It covers everything from the second you get under the bar. It's better than I could ever do for you.
Here's ep 1:

re: Suggestions on Whey Protein Powders
Posted by Rep520 on 5/24/24 at 1:08 pm
I use optimum nutrition.
Whey isolate alone shouldn't upset your stomach unless you have issues with milk. Whey is very quick and easy to digest, which is why it's good for powder in the beginning.
Protein powder isn't pre-workout. For what you want, just get Whey isolate and not anything fa...

I'm pretty surprised a 1996 movie about sentient, homicidal tornadoes isn't one people look back on as a cinematic masterpiece.
Disaster movies aren't meant to be Oscar bait. They're meant to be fun and loud. Twister is fun and loud.
RIP Bill Paxton.

Botox is really the only thing that will do what you want.
I'm not sure the rationale behind not doing Botox, but I'd think of it like this. Botox will work. I'd either focus on doing what works or focus on accepting that wrinkles are gonna happen.
I've focused on accepting wrinkles. When y...
