I would but I’m trying to get this place bought. Hoping that they accept my offer of 95% of asking price
Subtle brag...Only 5% lower than asking? Im sure they will accept your gracious offer of $16,150,000. I'm sure you meant 95% OFF asking price...still $850k. Can't hide money. L...
I use it, but my Stihl blower is the only 2stroke gas engine I own. So, I just don't need a gallon. Making my own and storing that 1 gallon jug takes more room than the little can on my shelf with all my other lawn and garden cans/jugs. That gallon would also last me well over a year. I just don't u...
First off, Techron is the real deal, and I have seen the test articles and raw data on it at an independent lab. It actually does something useful. Chevron is not the only brand that has it, but you can also catch BOGO sales of it in bottles at parts stores. There are maybe 1-2 other additive...

TR models don't have a transmission at all. That direct drive is what makes it so much quieter. The transmission is what usually bricks a washer. Though to that point, the SQ transmission is on another tier from other washers so it's unlikely to fail. That 15 year tranny warranty is parts only year ...

re: Is There Lithium in Your Crawfish?

What a useless article. Basically, just an announcement that a study is being conducted. Then they use a picture of the largest collection of blue crawfish I've ever seen to scare people that lithium is turning crawfish blue?? This statement right here would be a clear huge red flag that a pond ...

Curious why everyone is picking the TC over the TR? The differences I came up with a couple years ago when I was searching: 1. TC agitator spins independently of the tub (It does clean better but very hard on clothes. Delicate womens clothes will breakdown much faster, but great for the hard ...
But are there any cops, at all, between Mobile and Montgomery on 65? I think I've seen one, who blew past me when I was doing 90, in 25 years. Nobody watching that shite. Not to mention venomous snakes in LA are VERY rarely fatal...nobody is gonna die before getting medical care unless they were knocking on deaths door to begin with. The biggest cluster frick is actually finding a hospital with the correct antivenom. ...

I'm thinking in terms of his "past top load washers" being anything bought in the last 10-15 years, most being HE with no agitators. You are speaking of washers made before the "high efficiency" low water usage craze. The SQ's motor is more powerful and the spin cycle technology is better than all b...
We got one about 8 months ago. The only complaint my wife has is it holds a little less than our past top load washers. Other than that, it's great. Washes a load in no time and everything comes out clean.
Thats totally in her head. The just because it physically fit in the old washe...

Digging back through my contract it was $5,200 back in 2017. I have Pentair Intelliflo variable speed pump that I run 24/7 on various speeds throughout the day. The heat/cool unit kicks on automatically even on my lowest speed program (1300rpms) when the filter is clean. I don't have any actual ...
