I think so. Yes.
I wish I went with a galvanized one. But a light boat is gonna bounce a lot. I feel confident I would have had zero issues if I was not travelling several miles down a gravel road twice a week for 3 months during deer season....

I have a 2017, 17CC Gator Tough. Great boat Yamaha starts great every time. 70hp motor will do 32mph wide open. 28 at 3/4 cruising is plenty for me.

I just hold it in a towel and use the towel to wipe the blade off before scrapping the oyster off the top and bottom of the shell....

Stihl or Husqvarna.
Have used and Echo some and it faired pretty well.
Go to K&D in Baton Rouge or another outdoor shop. Don’t get Home Depot or Lowe’s models. ...

Not sure if it is all Cats but the one we had was a PITA to work on. The lines were WAY back under the cab. Nightmare to do anything by yourself.
Had a Takeuchi that we beat the hell out of and it had little problems....
