I’ve played it the last 2 years. Longer about 10 yards w the driver and a club w irons compared to the regular ProV. It’s very very firm and takes some getting used to around the green but I do find its spins enough w short game shots. ...

I see two options. 1) have a lawyer write a letter but that’ll be the only scope of the representation. Budget about $1k
2) file in small claims court pro se
No lawyer is going to take this to court. You may have a hook for treble damages though under the DTPA....
