The argument I have heard is that black patients are more trusting of black doctors and therefore more likely to be honest about their health conditions and follow recommendations from physicians...and not surprisingly get better care and have better outcomes.
I can't say that's definitively true...

I show my ignorance of the law, but I am unclear how a witness who has publicly and repeatedly stated that he wants to "get Trump" can be considered a credible witness. He has every motivation to be less than truthful in his testimony....
