Jobs in public service vary, and the skillsets needed to perform them vary, as well. Most folks that I know who work public service jobs do it for the predictable schedules and for a good work-life balance.
These folks don't work for the state or federal government for the salaries. ...

In the first part of the video, he says that in 1992, he walked into an auditorium of 1400 or 1500 50, 60, and 70 year olds, and that many of these people worked in the Obama Administration, which began in 2008 (so 16 years later).
That means that these folks would have to have been 66, 76, and 8...
