re: Daily Strength Check-In

It’s a lot of volume, but it’s mostly accessory volume because it’s lower hypertrophy day of PHAT. The power day was heavier and less volume. Sets x reps 6x3 speed squats at 65% 3x8-12 hack 2x12-15 leg press 3x12-15 leg ex 3x8-12 SLDL 2x12-15 lying leg curl 2x15-20 sitting leg curl 5x10-...

I see nothing has changed in the many years it’s been since I was in a commercial gym. Overweight, middle aged guy gives unwanted, bad advice to another lifter. Why do people do that? You look like an idiot. As for my workout, I’m sore as hell from the legs yesterday, and the 100 sets of row...

Today was my first day back in a commercial gym. I’m going more toward bodybuilding with the majority being dumbbells and machines. Started the renaissance periodization custom template. I bought it a while back, they no longer sell it, they use an app now. Also, commercial gym barbells are a c...

My son is 13 and been lifting since 11. 11-12 was very strict on form, not heavy weights, maybe working with 10 rep maxes. He’s light years ahead of kids his age and the majority of adults. They are basically on steroids at this age so any program will work. Where you can gain an edge is hav...
Not going to lie, I enjoy the AI suggestions, explaining things. For everyday things. I absolutely wouldn’t trust it for anything political or spiritual. There’s an AI program specific to my job and you can ask any question and it spits out an answer and the supporting documents. Those were ...

The first time I ever attempted to unload a pontoon, the fuel pump failed and I had to drag it back to the ramp and ratchet it back up. Fixed the boat and very first time to try and load a pontoon was in an upcoming storm with very strong winds. I’m sure I entertained the hell out of some people t...

Can anyone point me to info on what I can do? Everything I find is all about back injury. Basically, I know I can’t deadlift or squat, but is there a variation I can do? Like belt squats, leg press, lunges, glute bridge, DB RDLs?...
