The Left has Donald Trump wriggling under its frickin' boot man.
What? Trump is defiant. He raised over $50 million off of this sham verdict. If Merchan puts him in jail for the RNC, there will be a backlash and Trump will gain momentum.
The way to neutralize Trump politically ...

Trump lost 2020 in the swing states by about 40,000 votes. Trump will likely get the same level of support, Biden almost certainly won’t. So it’s still going to be a tough contest for the dems, hence the reason for the other 3 cases they have in the pipeline. ...

A lawyer may not ethically put a witness on the stand that he thinks may reasonably perjure himself.
It’s not the fact that Cohen is a felon, it’s that his felonies relate to perjured testimony under oath in various proceedings connected to this incident.
Cohen has given so many accounts of w...

Anecdotally, all of my moderate and moderate Republican friends are outraged by the kangaroo court verdict, but who knows.
34 felonies sounds bad to the sheep, I guess.

They can’t afford Nola but want to impose their warped ideology on the rest of us.
Like I said, this lady has had the gay crap outside for years. I think the wind probably blew the flag down—we had very high winds last week and she decided to turn it into a hate crime for tonight’s gay parade. ...

I definitely think this story is 100% fake. This lady has had that flag for several years now and no one has ever bothered it. I think she did this intentionally. ...

You forget that Cohen admitted to stealing a portion of that payment — $30k.
It was ethical misconduct to even put Cohen on the stand.
This case will absolutely be thrown out on appeal for numerous legal and procedural errors. ...
