At first, it felt like things got worse. Figuring things out in a new city has its challenges. It was hard finding a place we liked, and could afford.

18-20% is an internet phenomenon IMO. No one ever said anything other than "15% for good service" until the great unwashed started getting Internet access in the first decade of the 21st century. Wait staff figured out how to use Reddit, Facebook, etc. and spammed us with the 18-20% horseshite.

I read something earlier this week saying that USM was in the top 3-5% of G5 schools in terms of NIL money. Not sure I totally believe that, but call it top 10-15%.
