I tried to read an article in Men's Health this morning about how Guy Fieri has discovered HIIT, cold plunges and something else healthy and he's lost some weight......so anyway, he seems kinda like a Pickles in Dr. Pepper kinda guy. I mean...he is the mayor of Flavortown....

That's a good point as well, and probably not one that most folks take into account. When BMI gets poo-poo'd, it's usually by the "I'm too muscular" crowd not the "too little muscle" crowd, but I regularly see sarcopenic individuals in the hospital as well and they aren't in great health either.
