Thanks man. Power was a bit lower than target but paced it well. Without the fatigue in the legs from Saturday probably could have gone sub 55. I ran it with a 60mm on the front vs the 85mm widow maker lol. The 85mm was probably worth a few seconds as well. Happy with it though…...

flat and windy... whew. brought the aspero with road wheels and 32s. didnt mind the extra cushion on the shitty beach roads now i have to try to conjure up a tad of fitness for the weekend. road race tomorrow and TT sunday...

interesting approach.. i'm going to stick to training methods that involve a saddle though....
I’ve been to most of those sites. Worked for firm that did plume modeling....
Depending on where you’re going, you can be in the smaller foothills (uwharrie, pilot mountain) in 1.5hrs…. Western NC (asheville, boone, etc) is 3+...

Threw the TT bike on the trainer this morning for my annual 1 month TT cram. I like riding that bike fast, but i really hate riding that bike..lol. NC/SC regional road race/TT champs is at the end of the month. Hoping to go sub 55min...

Decided to drive a couple hours west for another gravel race yesterday. Change of pace from last week’s long, flat drag. Haven’t been training for 5min punchy efforts but it could have been worse. Shorter race at 55mi, but 5000ft of up. P9...

Buck Fifty ended up running in spite of the forecast, which did hold up. Made for some interesting spots in the course that are normally pretty tame. 13th overall. Took a few minutes over 8hrs...
