He's been a dud most all season... never much in the clutch, good ba because he hits with no runners on. Hard to believe he is a leadoff hitter??? At least he improved defensively this season. Was never the team leader that this group needed....

Starting Dutton and bringing in Jump to start the 9th. Great job by Hellmers! But, that said, if you can't hit and score more than 3 runs, you won't win on the regional level. And add in poor outfield defense to the loss....

Pitching has been adequate, but this team can't hit, especially with runners on base. Something is wrong all season with the offensive approach to scoring runs, from the constantly changing lineups, to sacrifice bunting, to base stealing, to base running, etc....
